Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2, 2026

Overview

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Bhat-Tec, LLC, doing business as TheraWeb Design ("TheraWeb," "we," "us," or "our") and any person or business that engages our services ("Client" or "you"). By engaging TheraWeb for any service — including but not limited to web design, development, SEO, SEO copywriting, website audits, or maintenance — you agree to these terms. TheraWeb is operated under Florida law.

Our services

TheraWeb offers professional web design, development, search engine optimization (SEO), SEO copywriting, website audits, hosting coordination, and ongoing care plans. Services are scoped based on the details collected through our client intake process.

We provide complimentary website scans and personal audits to prospective clients. Audit findings, strategies, and recommendations are the property of TheraWeb. Using our audit findings to directly engage a third-party provider without compensating TheraWeb may constitute misappropriation of our work product.

The TheraWeb process

Projects follow this general sequence:

  1. Audit — We review your current website or online presence as needed.
  2. Consultation — We discuss goals, design direction, timeline, services, and expectations.
  3. Setup — Domain, Hostinger hosting, business email, and required accounts are confirmed and configured.
  4. Build — TheraWeb designs and develops your website using approved information and materials.
  5. Review — You review the preview and provide one organized list of requested edits.
  6. Payment — The remaining approved project balance is due before launch.
  7. Launch — TheraWeb uploads the approved site, connects the domain, activates SSL, and tests the live site.

Estimated build time

A website with 1–5 pages typically takes about 7 days. A website with 6–10 pages typically takes about 14 days. These are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines.

Time begins after the client intake form, required content and assets, starting payment, and necessary account access have been received. Delayed feedback, missing materials, additional scope, third-party issues, or requested changes may extend the timeline.

Client responsibilities

After the consultation, you will complete our client intake form and provide accurate business information, approved copy, logos, photos, pricing, services, testimonials, policies, and other materials needed to build your site. You confirm that all supplied materials may lawfully be used.

You are responsible for providing timely access to your domain, Hostinger account, DNS, email, analytics, and related accounts when needed. You should own these accounts and remain responsible for renewals, billing, recovery information, and any third-party fees.

Review & revisions

TheraWeb will provide a website preview for your review. You must carefully check names, services, prices, contact information, images, links, and mobile display, then submit one organized list of edits. Requests that substantially change the approved direction, add pages or features, or replace previously approved work may require additional time and payment.

Your approval of the preview confirms that visible content and design are ready for launch. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of all business claims, prices, policies, and supplied content.

Pricing & payment

Standard web design is priced at $250 per page for the first five pages, then $150 per page thereafter. SEO copywriting is priced at $150 per page for the first five pages, then $100 per page thereafter. All pricing is flat-rate with no hidden fees. TheraWeb will communicate the project price based on the scope discussed during the consultation and confirmed through the intake form.

A starting payment is required before work begins. The final approved balance must be paid before launch unless TheraWeb agrees otherwise in writing. Invoices, approved written changes, and the project intake collectively describe the project scope and pricing.

Refund policy

All sales are final.

Once the Hostinger hosting plan has been purchased or activated and hosting setup has been completed, all payments and related setup fees are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.

Before that point, payments may still be applied toward work already performed, time reserved, and approved third-party costs. Hostinger, domain registration, email, premium software, and other third-party charges are governed by their respective providers and may also be non-refundable. A 50% deposit typically initiates work and is non-refundable once services begin.

Launch & third-party services

TheraWeb will launch your site after you approve the preview, payment is received, and required account access is provided. We will perform reasonable checks of pages, links, forms, mobile display, SSL, and indexing files. You should report any reproducible launch problem within 10 calendar days of launch.

TheraWeb is not responsible for outages, email delivery problems, account suspensions, policy changes, or failures caused by Hostinger, domain registrars, search engines, analytics providers, plugins, or other third parties.

SEO & results disclaimer

TheraWeb builds sites with technical SEO best practices built in from day one. However, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic numbers, leads, sales conversions, or uninterrupted operation of any third-party service. Search engine algorithms are outside our control and change frequently.

Intellectual property & ownership

You own the materials you supply to us. After full payment is received, you own the final custom website work created specifically for your project — excluding TheraWeb's reusable methods, tools, templates, open-source components, licensed materials, and third-party services.

TheraWeb retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and to request a testimonial, referral, review, or permission to feature the project after launch. Any such use beyond portfolio display requires your permission.

Privacy & data

TheraWeb uses your information and credentials only as reasonably needed to provide services, communicate, process payments, operate the project, and provide support. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You should use secure access methods and multi-factor authentication whenever available.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheraWeb's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project involved. TheraWeb is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Monthly care plans

Optional maintenance, reporting, updates, and monitoring are available under a separate monthly care plan. These plans are governed by their own terms communicated at the time of enrollment and may be cancelled with reasonable notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
